PlexiQuartz Broadcast Skid-Resistant System is an aesthetically pleasing, 100% solids clear epoxy resin and colored aggregate flooring system, which is installed at a nominal thickness of 1/8 inch. The PlexiQuartz system is available in 15 standard solid colors and 18 standard color blends. The PlexiQuartz aggregates can be custom blended to create an infinite number of proprietary custom patters. PlexiQuartz is extremely attractive, durable and chemical resistant. The inorganic naturally occurring quartz granules are color coated using state-of-the-art ceramic coating technology for lasting color stability.
PlexiQuartz CRI Troweled & Broadcast System is aesthetically pleasing, 100% solids clear epoxy resin and colored aggregate flooring system which is installed by troweling a nominal thickness of 3/16th inch giving the base superior impact resistance and allowing The PlexiQuartz CRI to be applied over rough substrates. The PlexiQuartz CRI system is available in 15 standard solid colors and 18 standard color blends. The PlexiQuartz CRI aggregates can be custom blended to create an infinite number of proprietary custom patters. PlexiQuartz CRI is extremely attractive, durable and chemical resistant. The inorganic naturally occurring quartz granules are color coated using state-of-the-art ceramic coating technology for lasting color stability. Plexichip Seamless Flooring is a decorative, "poured in place" flooring system comprised of 1/4 or 1/8th inch decorative chips incorporated into PlexiGlaze No.4 or PlexiGlaze FLOOR FINISH. This system is typically top coated with PlexiCrest P or (for a super thicker top coat) PlexiCrest XP. PlexiChip systems are best used in or for commercial applications. PlexiChip floors provide a terrazzo- like appearance with the benefits of a seamless floor. These floors require no waxing and are easily cleaned. Long term care of PlexiChip floors can be done with renewed additional topcoats. Surface finish can be smooth or slip resistant.
PlexiClad is a 100% solids, power-troweled epoxy resurfacer. PlexiClad is installed at a thickness of 1/4". It is designed to rehabilitate worn concrete and as a protective overlayment on new concrete while offering superior protection from heavy industrial traffic (impact, abrasion and compaction). The surface texture can be modified to offer varying degrees of slip and chemical resistance in wet environments.
PlexiFlex 100 is a 100% solids, power-troweled epoxy resurfacer. PlexiFlex 100 is installed at a thickness of 1/4". PlexiGard Shop Floor is state of the art flooring that uses PlexiChemie's diverse product line.
PlexiGard SL is a durable Copolymer Novalac Epoxy based coating used for coating concrete surfaces for increased chemical and heat resistance. It provides superior chemical resistance compared to conventional epoxy resin coatings. This is ultra clear novalac and is available in 9 standard colors. Typically installed at 60 to 125 mils (1/16th to 1/8th inch).

PlexiCrete HD is a self-priming four component, 100% solids, high performance urethane mortar flooring system comprised of a urethane binder, pigments, powders and quartz aggregates. It is designed for a variety of applications on concrete or steel. This system provides conventional protection plus thermal-shock resistance, with a wide range of both caustic and acid resistance.
PlexiCrete TSLB is a three component, 100% solids polyurethane flooring system designed for a variety of applications over concrete or steel. This system provides conventional protection plus thermal-shock resistance, with a wide range of both caustic and acid resistance (sulfuric acid, lactic acid, food acid, mineral acid and other organic materials).
