PlexiSeal Surface Tolerant Primer/Sealer is a clear Polyamine Sealer designed to wet, strengthen, and seal porous surfaces and as a sealer/primer for prepared concrete surfaces. On steel surfaces it is recommended for areas where, due to restrictions or economics, blasting or thorough hand preparation is not feasible. PlexiSeal provides a base coat or seal coat on new or properly prepared old concrete surfaces for application of a coating system. It is an excellent sealer for encapsulations of old coatings where removal is not feasible or for aged "white rusted" zincs rich coated surfaces. PlexiSeal is 100% solids with a very low viscosity and is designed for application at low film thickness. It will not shrink upon curing. PlexiSeal provides excellent substrate wetting and can be top coated with a wide variety of coatings such as alkyds, silicone alkyds, epoxies, epoxy esters, phenolics, acrylics, and urethanes.
PlexiGlaze Primer/Sealer is a 100% solids, USDA accepted, water-clear epoxy flooring resin designed for color quartz floors and a sealer for concrete. PlexiGlaze No. 4 Primer/Sealer is non-blushing and non-water spotting, bonds to cold, damp surfaces, and supports heavy industrial traffic. Although it cures into a very hard solid, it does not become brittle but retains a sufficient amount resilience to withstand impact and vibration. PlexiGlaze No. 4 Primer/Sealer is the most advanced cyclo-aliphatic Amine curing system of its kind. In addition, it is also resistant to fungus, mildew, and is anti-microbial.
